Accommodation

All the accommodation will be within the Share Centre’s 67 acre site.
The exact accommodation details will be defined when the names and numbers of competitors, judges and dignitaries are finalised.
We will try and keep Divisional Teams together but his cannot be guaranteed.

Registration

Registration and the allocation of accommodation will take place up to 1930hrs on Friday 6th May 2011 at Share Holiday Village and Teams will also be given their Name Badges etc.
Dinner will be from 1800hrs to 1930hrs.
The Welcoming to the Games and Briefing for the evening Games will take place at 2000hrs
Meals will be provided at The Share Centre and there are excellent Bar facilities on site as well
